The Sisca Organization is comprised of privately owned general contracting, construction management, and real estate development companies, which include Sisca Northeast Associates, LLC., JoDi Realty LLC., and J.J. Sisca & Associates Building Corporation.

Headquartered in Brewster, NY, our projects are generally widely spread throughout the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut tri-state region.

These projects have encompasssed all of the following:

Joseph J. Sisca Sr. was in the Seabees during World War II. The Seabees is a United States Naval Construction Battalion which was responsible for the overall construction of military bases, airfields, and housing/hospital infrastructure for the United States during World War II. The Seabees' motto is "CAN DO," which is the mindset and culture that the Sisca Organization has maintained for over 50 years.

Our companies were founded by Joseph J. Sisca, Sr. and Joseph J. Sisca, Jr. in 1972, in the basement of their house in Harrison, NY. 53 years later, we are in our third generation of family management, with more than $1.5 Billion+ in Completed Construction Projects.
