Specialty Construction

The Sisca Organization's broad base of construction experience means that whatever the size, scope and specialized nature of the project, from highly technical laboratories, to one of the Northeast's largest public water parks, to wastewater and water filtration plants, shopping venues, educational or civic buildings, to state of the art warehouses, WE CAN DO IT!

Specialty Construction

Akzo Nobel laboratory and office complex, Brewster, NY.

New public water park for Westchester County’s historic Tibbetts Brook Park, Yonkers, NY. Featuring multiple pools, a “lazy river,” islands, water tubes and flumes, this water park, one of the largest in the United States, is a recreational gem for county residents.

CONCRETE

THE SISCA ORGANIZATION can self-perform any and all concrete work needed.  Self-performing this work in conjunction with  site work allows us to provide very competitive pricing. It also allows us to control the schedule as the project comes "out of the ground."

Shown below: a 29 story high rise apartment building in New Rochelle, NY. A typical floor (13,600 sq. ft. / 380 cubic yards of concrete) was poured in a 4 day cycle, even in winter, using a concrete telescopic placing boom.

Located at 42 Centre Street in New Rochelle, NY, the 340,000 square foot, 29 story residential high rise building required approximately 15,500 yards of concrete and 1,540 tons of rebar.

Watermark Pointe: New Rochelle, NY:  Sisca self-performed 17,000 yards of concrete work for nine buildings, encompassing 72 units of luxury condominiums

"The Brick:" a fifteen story mixed-use residential high rise apartment building, 150 Main St., Hackensack, NJ. 379 units — 525,000 square feet in total – of market rate housing and commercial retail. In addition to their designated construction manager role, Sisca self-performed the first phase of concrete construction, 5000 yards, of footing and foundation.
