Graymoor Friary

Acting as General Contractor for the Franciscan Friars, Sisca constructed a 50,000 square foot hill top community, that included approximately 25 housing units, a commercial kitchen, a community area and a new chapel. Sisca self-performed the site work for this project. In order to pour the foundations, Sisca cut into the rugged mountaintop with extensive blasting and hydraulic hammering. The rock was crushed and removed as “item 4” gravel material.
